Partnerships Commission
Ukrainian companies don't compete with each other — they compete with the world. Inside the country it's time to cooperate.
The Ukrainian IT market grew up on a lone-fighter culture — and that is its ceiling. While fifty-person companies fight each other for one junior and one tender, global competitors arrive with ecosystems. The commission builds something different: links between members, clusters, universities and state programmes where one plus one makes more than two. Cooperation is not altruism — it is the fastest way for a Ukrainian company to grow to global scale.
A special priority is the talent pipeline: dual education, where students work on members' real products from their second or third year instead of academic abstractions. Companies get engineers raised on their own stack, students get official jobs and a craft, and the country gets specialists who don't dream of relocation because they are already embedded in the Ukrainian product economy. That is how partnership becomes lasting infrastructure rather than one-off memoranda.
What we build
Four levels of partnership the commission works on.
Member-to-member partnerships
Joint projects, mutual product integrations and consortia for large tenders — things no one lifts alone.
Clusters and associations
Working ties with city IT clusters and industry bodies: joint positions beat parallel letters.
Universities and dual education
Programmes where business commissions the curriculum and students learn on members' real products.
Cross-sector alliances
Bridges to adjacent industries — defence tech, fintech, agritech: wherever Ukrainian software has something to offer.
What we do daily
Member competence map
We know who can do what: when a member lacks expertise for a project, a partner is found inside the Association within a day.
Education agreements
We support company–university contracts: internships, dual programmes, joint labs.
Project brokerage
We assemble members into consortia for large state and international orders.
How we work
Concrete links, not networking
Every commission meeting ends with 'who with whom and about what' pairs — otherwise it's just coffee.
Fair cooperation rules
Transparent role-sharing principles in joint projects — partnership doesn't survive without trust.
Long-term education ties
We work with universities for years, not one-off lectures: a talent pipeline is built slowly.
Current initiatives
Partnership opportunity registry
An internal member request board: looking for an integrator, a product for the stack, a tender partner.
Dual education with members
Pilot programmes with technical universities: students on real member product tasks.
Open doors for partners
A format for introducing potential Association partners to the ecosystem — from product demos to cooperation terms.
Find a partner inside the Association
The shortest path to the expertise, product or consortium you need is one table with those already in the ecosystem.
