During the meeting, members of parliament reviewed draft laws No. 6173 and No. 6241, as reported by the Ministry of Digital Transformation website.

The European integration draft law No. 6173 will accelerate Ukraine's integration into the European Union's Digital Single Market and align national legislation with European requirements in the areas of electronic identification and electronic trust services.

The draft law provides for a review of provisions regarding the provision and use of electronic trust services and electronic identification services. Specifically, this concerns qualified electronic signatures and seals. Consequently, approximately 90 Ukrainian laws will be brought into compliance with European standards.

Following the discussion, the Committee members recommended adopting the bill in the second reading and as a whole, subject to necessary technical and legal amendments.

The Committee also reviewed draft law No. 6241 on the National Informatization Program, which was prepared for the second reading.

The adoption of this legislative act will increase the efficiency of organizational and legal mechanisms for the formation and implementation of the National Informatization Program. It will also provide an effective mechanism for interaction between stakeholders involved in the country's informatization, digitalization, and e-governance processes.

Following the discussion, it was recommended to adopt the draft law in the second reading and as a whole.
