A meeting of the Committee on Digital Transformation took place on October 12. Opening the session, Committee Chair Mykhailo Kriachko thanked MPs Yehor Cherniev, Oleksandr Fediienko, and Roman Sokha for their productive work and active stance following their election to other committees. Mykhailo Kriachko also welcomed a new committee member, Anton Shvachko, to the digital team. This was reported on the website of the relevant ministry.
During the meeting, a number of decisions were made. In particular, the discussion focused on the creation of subcommittees within the Committee and a new distribution of responsibilities among committee members.
Furthermore, it was decided to delegate Deputy Committee Chair Viktoriia Podhorna to the National Office for Coordination of e-Health Development.
At the same time, it was decided to delegate Deputy Committee Chair Serhii Shtepa to the Organizing Committee of the Internet Governance Forum Ukraine (IGF-UA).
At the end of November 2022, the 13th Internet Governance Forum Ukraine (IGF-UA) will be held online with the support of the Committee. It is part of the global Internet Governance Forum (IGF) series, which operates under a UN mandate.
Traditionally, the IGF-UA forum brings together domestic and international experts to discuss issues of cybersecurity, freedom and security on the Internet, legislative reform in the field of electronic communications, the development of domain and address space, Ukraine's integration into a single digital space, and the evolution of Internet governance.
