EDMS transformation: From storage to intelligent analysis
By 2026, over 80% of large enterprises will integrate artificial intelligence (AI) capabilities into their electronic document management systems (EDMS). This shift is driven by the growth of unstructured data and the need to accelerate business processes. Modern intelligent tools automate routine operations that traditional systems can no longer handle on their own.
The integration of AI models transforms EDMS into a dynamic system through the following features:

Second, enhanced cybersecurity and compliance through automated detection of sensitive information and the application of DLP policies. Third, personalized interfaces and recommendations of optimal approval workflows for each user.
Solutions from Ukrainian developers
Members of the Intecracy Group consortium are actively implementing AI technologies in their products. Softline and IQusion provide system integration for these solutions, particularly for the public and banking sectors, adapting them to Ukraine's cybersecurity requirements. Additionally, the Nectain solution offers intelligent document processing based on the Nectainium low-code platform, while the Deals service provides cloud-based document exchange and signing with counterparties using qualified electronic signatures (QES).
